By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a firm or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Qanoni is a drafting-assistance tool and is not a substitute for professional legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document and verifying its accuracy before submitting it to any court or authority. Using the service for unlawful purposes or to produce misleading content is prohibited.
Certain features are available through paid subscriptions or credits. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you input and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on outputs without professional review. You are solely responsible for any document you submit to a court.
