These terms govern your use of Qanoni — Smart Legal Assistant. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Qanoni assists with research and drafting and is not a substitute for professional legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing every answer and document and checking its accuracy and suitability before relying on it or submitting it to a court or other authority.
Prices are displayed and charged only in AED. One credit represents AED 1 of usage value. The displayed operation price is deducted when the operation completes and is saved; a failed operation is not charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal, except where expressly shown as non-renewing. If renewal fails, the payment provider may retry collection and the wallet may later move to pay as you go. Unexpired packs and top-ups remain available for their original terms.
Individual-plan prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Firm-plan prices are displayed exclusive of VAT and VAT is added. Stripe calculates and collects tax and issues the invoice, and may request a tax registration number at checkout. Enterprise invoicing follows the contract.
Payments and purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Following a refund or chargeback, unused associated credits may be removed. If those credits were already spent, priced operations in that wallet may be locked until the amount is settled. Manual review, uploads, exports and free operations remain available where possible.
A paid operation includes minor edits for 48 hours. Changing the document type, claim heads or claimed amounts is treated as a regeneration. Plans normally include two free regenerations in that window, while professional plans include three; each additional regeneration is charged at the price shown before it runs. The free draft includes no free regeneration.
You may not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or knowingly produce misleading content. We may restrict access in response to abuse or where necessary to protect users and the platform.
Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it to provide and secure the service. Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on outputs without professional review. You remain responsible for documents you approve or submit.
