This policy explains how Qanoni — Smart Legal Assistant collects, uses and protects your data when you use the platform.
We collect account data (name, email, firm), the case content you enter to draft documents, and technical usage data such as session logs for security and improvement.
We use your data to provide the service and draft documents, manage your account and subscription, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your data is stored securely with Supabase, with strict per-firm isolation enforced through row-level security (RLS). We apply technical and organizational controls to protect your data from unauthorized access.
We rely on trusted providers to operate the service: Stripe for payment processing and OpenAI for generating text drafts. Only the minimum necessary data is shared, and each provider is subject to its own privacy policy.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
